Privacy and Security

What is your privacy policy?
We care about the privacy of our customers. We currently collect information only for limited use on our own site. We do not ever sell or rent our customer lists without your consent. Please read our entire privacy for more information.

Is my information kept secure?
We have special technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to prevent unauthorized people from intercepting your credit card information. When you enter a secure area, you will notice that the address at the top of your screen will begin with "https://". You can also click the "Verison Secured" logo at the bottom of each page to verify our secure status.

I don't wish to give my credit card information online. Are there other ways to order?

How do I find information about a product?
There are several ways to find information about the thousands of products included in our value-packed website:


  • Use our search engine: Located at the top right corner of each page, our search engine is specially designed to let you filter or narrow down your searches based on a variety of criteria. You can search by brand, product type or any keyword you choose. To search based on specific fields of information such as flavor or size, or mixtures of variables such as size and price range, please select "advanced search"
  • Click on our quick links: Located directly under the "Shop by Brand " headline on the upper left hand portion of your screen, our quick brand links help you find what you need in a flash. Alternatively, if you're intererested in browsing our store, choose one of the quick category links on the left hand side of your screen. For a full list of our categories, please click our "Categories" link.
  • Browse and learn: Click on the various product information tabs one product pages when youre researching a particular item to view detailed nutrition and ingredient information. Look for health tips on our category pages, and browse our "Click to Quality" advisor to access our nutritional protocols and article database.

A product I wish to buy has been discontinued. What can I do?
Unfortunately, we are unable to order products that have been discontinued.

I'd like to be reminded to purchase selected items again in the future. Can you do this?
Yes! This feature will be coming shortly. Please stay tuned and look for this addition the next time that you order.

Accounts

Do I need to set up an account to shop on the website?
We highly recommend setting up an account since it will make your re-ordering process much easier. When placing an order and setting up an account, the only additional information we ask for is a log in and password. By creating an account, you will have access to additional features such as: online order tracking, wish list management, access to your order history, and the automatic fill-in of address information on your next order. However, you don't need to set it up until you are ready to check out. Until then, you may browse, learn, and comparison-shop as long as you like. If you'd prefer not to set up an account, you can still place an order without problem.

I have changed my address and/or credit card. Can I change my account information?
Click on the "My Account" option at the very bottom of the page. Log in using your email address and password. Youll then be able to change your account information, access our order tracking, view order history, and access your wish list.

I've forgotten the password for my account. What should I do?
Click on the "My Account" option at the very bottom of any page. Scroll down to the "Forgot Your Password?" section and follow the directions for receiving a new password instantly via email.

Can I view orders I've placed in the past?
Yes. Click on the "My Account" option at the very bottom of any page. Log in using your email address and password. Youll then be able to view your order history.

Will you notify me if there are problems with my order?
We will immediately notify you by email of any complications with your order, including backorders and credit card authorization issues.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards:

Do I need to pay sales tax with my order?
Residents in California must pay applicable sales tax.

Shipping

What are your shipping options?
All purchases shipped within the continental United States are shipped for a flat fee of $6.95 on any order below $150. Orders above $150 shipped within the continental United States are shipped for $3.95.

Orders to APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands are shipped via USPS or UPS. If you choose USPS as a shipping option, you will be charged based upon the weight of the package. Once you place your order, you will be contacted with an exact shipping cost and you will have an opportunity to accept the shipping fee or cancel your order.

For next-day air, 2nd day, and 3-day orders anywhere in the continental U.S., GotBody.com charges a rate based on weight and zone. All next-day orders will be delivered on the next business day. If you make your purchase on Friday, you can expect to receive your shipment on Monday. Any order placed during the weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are considered Monday through Friday.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. For orders outside the continental United States, delivery may take from one to ten business days.

Do you accept international orders?

We do accept international orders.

How much does shipping cost and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
All purchases shipped within the continental United States are shipped for a flat fee of $6.95 on any order below $150. Orders above $150 shipped within the continental United States are shipped for $3.95.

Generally, it takes between 2-5 business days (starting the next business day after your order is shipped) to receive your package depending upon where in the country you are.

For time sensitive shipments, please call us at 877-867-2839 to place your order.

Will you notify me when my order has been shipped?
You will first receive an email confirming your order, then another email notifying you when your order has been shipped.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes. When you go through the order checkout process, you will be able to enter separate addresses for billing and shipping.

What are shipping costs to APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or U.S. Virgin Islands destinations?

Return Policy

What is your return policy?
Our success is your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unused portion within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund. Before making a return, you must contact us at 1- 877-867-2839 for a Return Authorization Number.

Please see below for exceptions to this policy:
- Nutrition products: We are unable to accept returns on Chef Jay, Muscletech, or VPX products.
- Videos: GotBody.com cannot accept any video returns.

How do I get a coupon?
Periodically, we offer VIP customer specials and we will make those coupon codes available to our customers who have signed up to receive our newsletter.

How do I redeem coupons on the website?
When viewing your basket or checking out, you may enter your coupon code in the "Promotional Code" box within the shopping cart. Your discounts will automatically apply to your cart.
