As a dietary supplement, take 2 caplets with an 8 oz. glass of water and with food within one hour after you wake up in the morning. Do not exceed 3 caplets in a 2-hour period, and do not take within 12 hours of bedtime. To assess individual tolerance, take 1 caplet daily on the 1st day to the 7th day. Take 2 caplets day on the eigth day and beyond.
