    GotBody.com offers the lowest prices possible everyday of the year on thousands of nutritional supplements. Our competitors run specials and so do we, however, we do not price match competitor's limited offers on the rare occasion a price is lower than ours. The time wasted researching quoted prices is time we would rather spend taking care of our customers without delay.

    • Review our web page and decide which items you'd like to order;
      If you are unsure about a product or what items to order please call our product information support line at 877-867-2839.
    • If you are using a credit card please have it in-hand when calling.
      Please make sure you have enough credit available for your order.
      Please make sure your credit card is activated if new.

    GotBody.com reserves the right to change prices as necessary based on market and manufacturer changes without prior written notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors throughout the catalog or website. This website supercedes all advertisements and preceding magazines and/or catalogs.

    Back Orders Top

    In the event an item you ordered is out of stock, we will make every attempt to determine the next availability of the product and if the product will not be available to us within 48 hours of your order receipt, we will send the items that are in-stock and will send the backordered items as they become available.

    Shipping (Domestic) Top

    Liquid drinks do not qualify for free shipping and are assessed a higher shipping charge than that listed below.

    We do not charge a handling fee per item or per order when the order is sent to an address in the Continental U.S.. Shipments sent to a U.S. possession or APO/FPO location do not qualify for our flat shipping rates and will be charged according to weight based shipping costs. All orders shipped by "Standard Ground" to a final destination within the Continental U.S. are charged $6.95 regardless of the weight of the order if the order is valued at under $150 (before shipping costs). All orders above $150 (before shipping costs) sent to an address in the Continental U.S. are shiped via "Standard Ground" Service for $3.95. "Standard Ground" shipping service may be either UPS or USPS Priority mail, at our discretion.

    All U.S. Postal Service Customers Must Read Top

    Before ordering you should understand and agree to the following: GotBody.com will not be responsible for any package shipped via the U.S. Postal Service that is lost or stolen while in transit. Because of the untrackable nature of U.S. Postal service shipments, especially to APO/FPO destinations, we can only certify that your order is sent. 


    Damages & Shortages
    Top

    Any damages or shortages must be reported to GotBody.com within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Keep all merchandise including the box and all packing material. We will call UPS to request a claim check on your damaged merchandise. Once UPS inspects the damaged goods, a claim will be issued and you will receive credit.

    Returns Top

    Our success is your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unused portion within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund. Before making a return, you must contact us at 1- 877-867-2839 for a Return Authorization Number. Please see below for exceptions to this policy:

    Nutrition products: We are unable to accept returns on Chef Jay, Muscletech, or VPX products.
    Videos: GotBody.com cannot accept any video returns.
